Delivery Information

Free UK mainland delivery applies to most of mainland UK but NOT to the following postcodes and areas, so please contact us BEFORE placing any orders, for a quotation for delivery costs: KW, PA20 – 38, PA41 – 49, PA60 – 78, PH4 – 44, PH49 – 50, HS, KA27 – 28, ZE, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight.

Delivery shall be made to the delivery address supplied by you at the time of ordering.

Whilst we endeavor to deliver within the times specified, any times quoted for delivery are approximate only, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods, however caused.

Risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you at the time of delivery to the specified delivery address.

Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of 1 working day and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.

We will normally deliver goods within 3-4 working days of dispatch, but please allow extra time to account for circumstances beyond our control.

Once the goods have left our warehouse, the customer is responsible for any return carriage to us should the order be cancelled. This applies even the goods have been cancelled before delivery but after dispatch.

Your order may arrive in more than one delivery

We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. We would strongly recommend that you are home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday.

We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.

After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the warehouse and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.

After the goods have left us, if you refuse delivery, or several delivery attempts are made or courier cards left or you fail to respond to communication regarding the delivery and the items are returned to the warehouse, then return fees will be applied to your order.

If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.

Please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within 7 days of delivery.

Only notify us of damages once all of the items have been checked, as we can only accept the first notification of damages.  Further reports of damages would not be accepted.  We would ask you to dispose of any damages only once a refund or replacement has been agreed.  We do not normally collect damaged items, but we reserve the right to do this, in the case of further investigation.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods.

You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.

Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.

Time is not of the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
